# R9 Soapbar - 8 September 2026

Rebuilt the exterior with independent R28 outline and R12 front/rear rolls; kept the 80 x 128 x 28.5 mm body. Rebuilt conformal carrier clearance, rear RF panel and bond. Rounded the grille, opening, backing ledge and adhesive. Recessed the four rear screw heads 4 mm and changed to M2 x 20, rebuilding bearing collars, through-towers and blind thread envelopes. Kept the unscaled PCBA and PTT/USB locations. Regenerated individual STEP/STL, assemblies, coupons, drawings, mass/BOM, geometric checks, CAD renders and supplier instructions. R8 is historical; its parts are not interchangeable.
