Start with Walkie_One_Option_26_Handoff.pdf (four-page brief plus technical appendix).
Use the eight individually named STL or 3MF files at 1:1 millimetres. Do not print the full assembly or hardware reference models. CAD files and brand artwork in Original_Elian_v11_4 are unchanged copies; the original ZIP is included separately.

Body: 78 x 150 x 29.5 mm. Overall controls: 82.72 x 150 x 30.05 mm, from supplied assembled-coordinate STL bounds. Front cap extends 0.55 mm; left/right control bounds X=-41.45/+41.27 mm in Fusion coordinates.

Elian's v11.4 notes record rear branding updates; v11.0 assembly and engineering files remain BASELINE evidence. The new mesh report checks topology, dimensions and 3MF archive integrity only. Physical fit, force, finish, wiring, RF and environmental qualification remain open.

Parts_Schedule_BOM.csv specifies eight printable parts. Hardware_BOM.csv lists sourced references and unresolved fasteners/harness. Rapid_Open_Items.csv identifies stage and owner. Source_Inventory.csv hashes every original. File_Manifest.csv hashes every delivered file except itself.
