# WALKIE ONE v12.3 — Three-Round CAD Audit

## Round 1 — fit, interference, and positive location

- Exact Fusion solid testing reports zero shell/rigid-component and zero rigid component/component interference, including every nested body of the supplied PCB STEP.
- Battery and PCB are separated in plan by 1.29 mm; they are not stacked.
- PCB, battery, speaker, microphone, LED, antenna, front switch, and all side switches are positively constrained in all six directions.
- The USB-C socket is located by its PCB anchors; the case bridge limits inward insertion motion without touching signal pins.

## Round 2 — controls, USB-C, grille, and exterior

- Front action: 0.70 mm full modeled travel, zero shell overlap, actual switch engagement — PASS.
- PTT, volume up, and volume down: 0.65 mm full modeled travel, zero shell overlap, actual switch engagement — PASS.
- Fully inserted USB-C plug gauge: zero overlap with both shells — PASS.
- USB-C bridge clearance 0.20 mm and pin clearance 0.25 mm — PASS.
- Grille: 121 holes; Ø1.4/1.8/2.2 mm; 3.2 mm pitch; exact minimum web 1.0 mm — PASS.
- Grille geometric open area: 27.1%; physical acoustic validation remains required.
- Six opaque exterior views: no internal witness protrusions or open bottom pry gap — PASS.

## Round 3 — manufacture, closure, and meshes

- Nominal wall 2.20 mm with documented local wall floors and 1.20 mm structural-rail target.
- Straight clamshell assembly order remains feasible; no component or cable path is swept by the closing shell in rigid CAD.
- Nine STL exports: zero open edges, zero non-manifold edges, zero degenerate triangles — PASS.
- Nine 3MF archives pass container integrity testing.
- Front-shell mesh is reduced to 41,908 facets while preserving manifold geometry.
