# Walkie One 28.2 - complete print and CAD handoff

The approved volume controls move +17.6 mm from 28.1: upper carrier top Y=50 mm at the shoulder, centers Y=40.6 / 11.6 mm and 29 mm pitch. Matching shells/supports and two proposed upper-switch terminal bends are included. No manual merging with old print files is needed.

## Included

- Five editable Bambu P1S / 0.4 mm / PLA projects, with no G-code.
- 26 oriented, watertight STL meshes: 18 mechanical parts, four optional metal proxies, two optical fit gauges and two flexible-only parts.
- 95 current fabricated STEP groups / 99 solid bodies, at assembly coordinates, in Printing/Reference_STEP_NOT_FOR_SLICER.
- Exact native Fusion model and complete reference assembly STEP in CAD/. Estimated switch and envelope references are in CAD/Assembly_References_NOT_FOR_PRINTING/.
- 14 cutting DXFs, current part index and assembly notes, 20-screw schedule, inherited material/BOM references, inspection views and the 79-second narrated explainer.
- Source scripts, SHA-256 manifest and CAD/export/slicing evidence.

## Important build limits

All files describe a fit prototype, not a casting or production release. Real switches, solder/insulation, wire routing, guide strength, dimensional fit, actuation/return, populated PCB/U6, battery fit, acoustics, light, fastening and inherited antenna spacing/RF performance still require tests. Confirm the purchased switch can accept the proposed terminal form before adopting it. The 0.29 mm solder-envelope margin is nominal, not a worst-case tolerance result.

Use flexible material/process for F01/F02; do not force a rigid PLA bumper over the case. Use clear optical parts for functional lighting, sourced metal mesh for the speaker, measured films/pads/shims and purchased hardware/electronics. The reference assembly and electrical proxies are not print jobs.

## Revision authority

This package selects all parts from the final saved 28.2 F3D. Original 28.1, frozen R3.1 and the superseded 30 mm trial remain outside the current print set. Existing engineering names, including REVIEW and older C27/R3 IDs, are retained as identifiers. Current quantities and processes are in Documents/Fabrication_Part_Schedule.md. Inherited material/BOM text is explicitly marked; current assembly notes override its old geometry references and screw count.
