# Soft stock and purchased reference schedule

The CSV/JSON records every installed stock group in the matched CAD assembly. Bounding dimensions describe its installed envelope in device coordinates; they are not a free-foam purchase specification. Some groups contain several separate pieces. Adhesive thickness counts toward the installed stack.

## Critical stacks

- **Battery:** two rear pads, 14.5 ×27.5 ×0.70 mm, centered at X±21.25, Y46.5. Two lower toe liners are 0.20 mm installed. Four keeper contact films are 7.5 ×3 ×0.10 mm. No default side liners. Remove all old C27/R33 battery pads and liners. For a measured nominal battery, thicker pads replace the corresponding films; they are never added over them. Use the battery qualification notes and confirm no pouch preload.
- **PCB:** preserve eight original layers at four paired supports. Front installed thickness is 0.2615 mm; rear is 0.7085 mm. Add one front land at (27,−40.2) and a front/rear pair at (25,−52.1), for eleven support pieces total. New front footprints are 3.2 ×4 and 4.8 ×1.2 mm; the new rear footprint is 4.8 ×1.2 mm. The lower pair lies entirely within the nominal board edge. Measure real pad compression and board flatness.
- **Antenna:** the revised stack uses 0.10 mm nonconductive PET and 0.05 mm adhesive; compact end clamps carry the fasteners. Remove old antenna dielectric/adhesive, old soft stops and old coax tape. For coax retention, use the final formed polyester straps over nonadhesive silicone half-saddles, bonded to the curved printed lands. Candidate 3M 1350F-1 tape is 0.064 mm nominal within the 0.10 mm model allowance. No FEP adhesion is credited; QF05 must verify mechanical grip without cable deformation.
- **Battery adapter:** four 0.25 mm installed silicone edge pads capture the passive FR4 carrier; a two-piece silicone grommet grips insulated outgoing wires. Candidate free dimensions in the fixture notes are starting points for QF01B testing, not proven compression data.
- **Microphone and other wires:** use the revised silicone saddle facing and polyester strap shapes. Use the final J8 strap with its lower end wrap on the rear-open support. Qualify adhesion to the actual printed finish, wire pull and service replacement. J9 insulation/junction bodies and speaker splice bodies are maximum installed envelopes; actual insulation thickness, full conductor coverage and strain relief must be measured. Retain the original acoustic and optical layers once each. Do not run tape across a control channel, screw seat, seam or electrical contact.
- **Controls:** replace the PTT rear keeper pad with the final 5.2 ×9 ×0.50 mm installed layer at X−36.7…−31.5, Y12.5…21.5. Remove the old outboard overhang; do not stack pads. The trim preserves all original bearing areas and leaves 0.30 mm nominal full-stroke clearance. Other cassette backing and compliant contact pieces retain their recorded datums. Measure click, release, free play and stop travel with the actual switches. Soft stock must not sustain electrical preload or prevent return.
- **Grille, optics and grip:** preserve the single perimeter-bond, acoustic mesh/scrim, optical-coupling and grip-bond stack. Use supported handling and test peel/removal. The optical files are fit proxies until suitable clear material/optics pass the functional check.

## Purchased components and cable adapters

The selected PCB, U6 nominal envelope, speaker, microphone, LED and switches remain in their original poses. Their dimensions and uncertainties remain in the reference CAD. U6 height, switch travel and dressed battery tab/lead must be measured. The PCB contains the original PH headers; none are removed to hide a clearance-gauge overlap.

Use the fixture notes for the additional CK/PH cable-side housings, compatible contacts and wire, passive FR4 adapter and insulation. Verify connector exit variant, pin numbering, polarity, continuity, voltage drop and current before connecting the battery. Preserve the battery's factory lead, plug, protection and tape intact.

Every stock layer has to seat without squeezing another component or forcing case closure. After each service cycle, replace damaged stock with the same qualified layer instead of stacking a new piece over the old one.
