32 screws total. Dimensions are millimetres. Countersunk length includes the head; pan-head length is measured under the head. Match actual screws to the indicated head envelope and the CAD recess.

Potential engagement measures available pilot material; actual formed/tapped thread strength depends on the printed process. Qualify thread creation and hand-seating on coupons. No universal torque is asserted.

Remove the superseded speaker, microphone, LED, two original PTT-guide screws and old R33 battery screws. Retain only the original closure, play-clamp and antenna hardware groups listed in the disposition ledger. New control keepers have four PTT screws instead of the original two.

Actual closure head seating is a qualification gate: the original reference head is approximately Ø4.3818, while a suitable M2.5 DIN963 head can reachØ4.7. The fixed recess mouth is nominallyØ4.8. Measure seating and ensure a flush exterior; do not enlarge the exterior recess.

## Driver access and sequence

A nominal Ø3 × 30 mm straight shaft was checked along all 32 screw axes. Keep the bumper off for internal work and closure tightening. Install antenna clamps before the battery; fasten volume captures before dressing J9 common link 1; install battery keepers before dressing factory lead 2. Front keeper and adapter work requires the main PCB and rear assembly removed. Fit F01 after closure screws are seated and controls pass their checks. Use the per-screw access report with the complete assembly instructions. Actual driver tips, handles and hand clearance remain physical checks.
