# Straight screwdriver access — all 32 screws

Final assembly manifest: `77d9a0a5675bf7fb0d123d983df8f920fc91d25a51c6047403f8f0ce551e793d`. Inputs include the selected final K03 and trimmed PTT pad; each source file and its immutable snapshot is hashed in the JSON evidence.

## Result

All 32 nominal straight shaft paths clear after the explicitly listed assembly-stage removals. The fully assembled model has 96 positive tool intersections; none were silently ignored. Most are the opposite shell, PCB, battery, or bumper. Three flexible wiring routes also require an explicit fastening-before-dressing sequence. No CAD geometry was changed.

The check uses a Ø3 × 30 mm cylinder beginning at each modeled outer screw-head face and extending straight outward on its screw axis. It examines all 206 other selected objects for each screw (6,592 bounding-box pair checks, 271 exact non-destructive, validity-checked Boolean intersections). The individual own screw is excluded.

This is nominal tool-shaft geometry, not a physical assembly test. It does not verify the actual bit tip/drive fit, driver handle, torque, tool misalignment, printed tolerances or flexible-wire handling. Qualify those with the actual hand driver and first article.

## Required order

1. Leave F01 off during all internal work. Build front inserts and retainers with the rear assembly and main PCB/module separate. Fasten the speaker retainers before final dressing of the J8 wires. Fasten the adapter before the main PCB is installed.
2. Fasten K01/K02 on the open rear subassembly before final dressing of J9 common link 1. Two tools cross that link in its final route: K01 screw 1 and K02 screw 2. Keep the flexible span free until these screws are seated.
3. Fit the antenna clamps before the battery, with the front assembly/PCB separate. In particular, the battery covers the two upper antenna screw paths.
4. Place the battery and fasten its keepers before final dressing of factory lead 2 through the right inward riser. Battery screw 3 is at X33.4, Y37.5; its driver crosses the final lead route. Preserve the intact lead and protected pouch/tab; leave it free during fastening, then dress it to the final path.
5. Hand-seat both populated case halves and tighten all four closure screws with F01 off. Each closure driver overlaps F01 by 6.4340 mm³ if the bumper is already fitted. Fit the flexible bumper afterward.
6. Reverse this order for service: remove F01 first, disconnect power, support the separated halves, release the documented local wire dressing, and remove the main PCB before front retainer/adapter work. Remove the battery before upper antenna screw access. Do not use a driver to push a wire aside.

## Specific close paths

The P04 play-clamp driver has 0.282843 mm nominal gap to its retained clamp. K01 screw 1 and K02 screw 1 each pass 0.275 mm from their nearby dressed signal lead. Battery screw 1 has 0.131676 mm to the final J10 pigtail-2 route; keeping the front harness separate or undressed during rear work removes that practical proximity. These are specific tested gaps among overlapping bounding-box candidates, not a claim of a global minimum tool clearance. The antenna right/lower tool touches the front-mounted J8 facing/strap in the fully assembled model; those front restraints are on the separate front half during antenna work.

## Per-screw audit

−Z means approach from the open rear/front-subassembly interior; +Z means approach from the open front/rear-subassembly interior. Closure screws use the outside rear approach. Exact hit volumes and named exclusions for every row are retained in `FINAL_DRIVER_ACCESS_REPORT.json`.

## Stage definitions

**FRONT:** Front subassembly open from the rear; main PCB/module and complete rear/antenna/battery assembly absent. F01 remains off. Front retainers are fastened before final J8 harness dressing.

**REAR_BATTERY:** Front assembly and F01 removed. Keepers are fastened before the factory leads are finally dressed through the inward risers; release that dressing for service.

**REAR_VOLUME:** Rear control subassembly with front shell and F01 removed. Fasten K01/K02 before final dressing of J9 common link 1; release its local dressing for service.

**ANTENNA:** Rear subassembly before battery installation and with the front assembly/PCB separate. Front harness and front-mounted J8 restraint are also separate.

**CLOSURE:** Both populated case halves hand-seated; all internal geometry retained. F01 alone is absent. Fit F01 after the four screws are tightened; remove it before service.

## Evidence

- `raw_driver_access.json`: all 96 fully installed tool intersections, before classification.
- `FINAL_DRIVER_ACCESS_REPORT.json`: per-screw stage, named exclusions with reasons, hashes and exact overlap volumes.
- `inputs/`: immutable copies of all 207 selected objects.
- `reproduce_driver_access.py` and `classify_driver_access.py`: scripts used for this bounded audit.

Physical fit, tool handling, wire dressing and ten assembly/service cycles remain required.
