WALKIE ONE R3.7 — PRINT-SHOP HANDOFF
One complete connected-assembly prototype • 16 September 2026

ORDER QUANTITY
Print 1 of every item in PRINT_SCHEDULE.csv:
  17 rigid product parts
2 flexible product parts: F01 bumper and F02 PTT grip
2 clear optical product parts: L01 lens and L02 light guide
   5 separate rigid test fixtures
TOTAL: 26 physical items — 21 product parts plus 5 test fixtures.

WHICH FILES TO PRINT
01_PRINT_STL contains the 21 product parts, separated by material role.
02_TEST_FIXTURES_STL contains the 5 fixtures to print alongside the set.
03_STEP_ALTERNATIVES supplies the SAME 26 items in STEP format if preferred.
Use either STL or STEP for an item; the alternative format is not another copy.
No full assembly, electronics, wires, screw models or external USB cable gauge
are included as printable geometry in this handoff.

UNITS AND SIZE — HARD REQUIREMENT
All files use millimetres. Import at 100% scale. They retain assembly
coordinates, so rotate/reposition them onto the print bed without changing size.
The original assembled BARE CASE remains 78 x 150 x 24 mm; the separate bumper
and visible controls extend beyond the bare-case envelope by their CAD amounts.
Do not enlarge the device, resize mating parts, or redesign holes/openings.
Calibrated process compensation must target the nominal finished CAD dimensions;
record any compensation used. CSV extents are in the supplied assembly axes,
before your chosen print orientation, and are useful for checking imported units.

MATERIALS AND FINISH
Rigid group: use a tough material/process suitable for small guides, supported
screw joints and repeated service. Record the actual material and process.
F01/F02 must use flexible material. They must not be made as rigid substitutes.
L01/L02 require clear optical material and appropriate optical finishing for a
functioning indicator. An opaque or merely cloudy fit proxy does not establish
optical function. Keep dimensional control at their mounting/coupling surfaces.
The exact shop process, material grade and settings are to be recorded, not
assumed qualified by the CAD. The fixtures accompany this same print run.

ORIENTATION, SUPPORTS AND CLEANUP
Choose orientations/supports for the selected process, preserving bearing faces,
thin guides, screw seats, pilots, acoustic openings and the clear optical faces.
Remove temporary slicer supports and loose residue carefully. The bare-shell
images in 04_REFERENCE_IMAGES show PERMANENT CAD features: retain the switch
seats, guide beds, screw bosses, PCB supports and battery plinths shown there.
Do not cut away a permanent support or grind a fit feature to make parts mate.
Print test coupons with the same rigid material/process and representative
orientation as the associated part. Their tests do not justify scaling the case.

DELIVERY
Supply clean, separate, unassembled parts, labeled by ID on the bag/container.
Do not add engraved labels to the CAD surfaces. Protect small keepers and optical
parts during packing. Include the completed SHOP_BUILD_RECORD.txt and all five
fixtures, labeled separately. The CSV is the item-by-item quantity checklist.
Hardware, electronics, foam, films and cable manufacture are not print items.

PROTOTYPE STATUS / OWNER BUILD NOTE
This is a first-article prototype; physical fit and durability testing are pending.
The model requires the specified side-exit microphone cable and revised thin
non-battery harnesses. The owner's harness and assembly instructions are included
in 05_OWNER_ASSEMBLY_REFERENCE. After delivery, install all connections together;
the case must seat by hand before closure screws are tightened. Golden is unchanged.
