# Hardware and installed stock

All dimensions are millimetres. No universal screw torque or material strength is asserted. Establish thread creation and hand-seating on the supplied coupons; ten service cycles remain required.

## Stock that changed

- PCB: four pads, nominal4x4,4x6,4x6,4x6mm. Use4.76mm BISCO HT-800 silicone plus0.10mm PSA. Nominal installed total3.80mm; the1.80mm board limit leaves3.33mm. Silicone compression is22.3% nominal and32.1% at that thickness limit. Paired front/rear support positions prevent spanning the preload across unsupported PCB. Confirm closure force and pad stock; compression-force figures are not a guaranteed lot limit.
- Speaker keepers: two1.60mm silicone pads plus0.10mm PSA, installed total1.50mm. Pads contact the rigid frame, never the cone. Keep existing front/frame acoustic gaskets on their shown datums.
- L02: two0.10mm adhesive patches on the broad tabs. Keep adhesive away from the45deg optical faces and the lens coupling gap. Clear optical material and finishing are required for a functioning indicator.
- Antenna carrier:0.10mm PET plus0.05mm carrier adhesive; antenna’s factory adhesive remains part of the purchased antenna. Do not add a duplicate factory-adhesive layer. Remove all four old antenna end pads.
- Battery: retain the two0.70mm installed rear pads, two0.20mm toe liners and four0.10mm keeper contact films. Do not add front foam to make the battery a compression spacer.
- Remove the three old0.15mm cassette backing films: the switch cradles are now integral. Retain the modeled microphone seals, acoustic membrane, switch contact pads, PTT rear pad, bumper grip pads and grille/mesh films. The native assembly distinguishes them from printed parts; the machine-readable assembly index records every installed bounding box.

Tape/soft restraint placement remains an assembly qualification item. Use broad stationary lands and open access. No adhesive may load a solder joint, crush a coax, pull the battery’s protected exit or bridge a moving control.
