# Hardware, wiring and finish review

The September 20 file makes 15 hardware and 32 wire solids visible that were hidden in 28.6. Their placement and geometric signatures are unchanged in the inventory comparison; increased visibility does not qualify the design. One further wire solid, All wiring:1 / Body1, remains hidden. Source inventory is not a procurement BOM and body count is not a screw quantity.

The source retains the flat 60 x 80 x 1.33 mm PCB laminate, 62 x 38.5 x 8.5 mm battery envelope, speaker, LED, microphone, nominal switches, antenna and stock references. Obtain the current project BOM, manufacturer drawings and actual component tolerances before ordering. Nominal switch bodies are not OEM tolerance models.

The source-aware static checks report 6 print/print and 33 print/reference contacts above 0.001 mm3. Some screw/holder contacts may be intentional; classify them separately from wires, battery, board and moving controls. Do not inherit 28.5's 22-screw schedule, tilted-board layout or harness recipe.

Record screw size, length, quantity, engagement, torque basis and driver access. Record connector housing/contact identifiers, pin mapping, conductor/insulation size, terminations, lengths, bends and slack. Confirm continuity and polarity against approved electrical documentation before energized assembly. No new electrical pin map is inferred by this handoff.

Display palette is Chalk Ember. Screen colours are illustrative, not supplier material grades or finish codes. Flexible rim/talk grip hardness and optical material/finish must be specified and physically tested. The front-shell frame integration remains open.
