## Front shell Body1
112.328 mm3 removed. Play-cap and board-laminate static overlaps clear; separate frame overlap remains.

## Rear shell
42.192 mm3 removed; 58.381 added. Board-laminate static overlap clears; battery overlap remains and a small resistor contact appears. Supplied rear STL is stale.

## LED housing
138.155 mm3 removed. Local shape changed. Hardware and wire contacts remain; no complete LED fit pass.

## Optical body A
5.882 mm3 removed. Local trim. Second optical body is unchanged; optical performance untested.

## Other 9 print bodies
No positive-volume difference. Direct Fusion difference checks found no changed solid region.

## Reference visibility
47 solids made visible. 15 hardware and 32 wire solids visible; one wire body remains hidden. This is a visibility change, not a wiring redesign.

Three supplied STL filenames changed: top enclosure, LED enclosure and optical file. Eight are unchanged. In contrast, four native print bodies changed. The stale rear-shell STL is superseded by the regenerated native export. The 80 x 150 x 24 mm bare shell and 84.2 x 154.2 x 28 mm rim envelopes are unchanged.
