## What is frozen
The native Fusion archive, current reference assembly, all 93 fabricated-part STEP groups, the original P1S ZIP, and the associated current geometry/mesh checks. Packaging and documentation add no CAD changes. A successful-looking print is the owner's observation; which pieces were printed and measurement/function results were not supplied.

## Revision history
- R1: Concept 27-derived Chalk Ember exterior, separate woven grille, round metal play cap, circular lowered light, smooth orange PTT; initial casting adaptation.
- R2: final fb5acde7 PCB integration, nominal U6 placeholder, microphone bottom-port correction and adjacent retention changes.
- R3: adjustable switch cassettes, replaceable contacts and shim-controlled seats/stops; retained external size.
- R3.1: aligned light guide, LED and rear lens receiver at Y=2 mm; lower external dot unchanged. Local shell and hidden lens geometry corrected. R3 button mechanisms retained.
- This package: freezes R3.1 and publishes its current print/CAD evidence; no geometry changes.

## Subsequent work
Copy the frozen native into a separate R3.2 working location and rename before editing. Record change request, affected components, reason, dimensions/materials changed and tests needed. Export a complete internally consistent new set; never mix R3.1 shells/lenses with an older light layout. Keep the R3.1 permanent page and all hashed downloads immutable. A documentation-only correction needs a separate dated issue with unchanged CAD hashes and an explicit correction log.

Mark physical samples and bags with `28 R3.1 / 2026-09-11`; use a removable label or build traveler so marking does not alter the model. Record print plate, filament, slicer/profile, build date and any sanding/drilling/shim substitution. If manual changes go beyond removal of print supports/artifacts, record them as deviations and candidates for R3.2.

Source history scripts are preserved for traceability and may reference the original author's local paths. The F3D is the editable authoritative model; these scripts are not a one-command portable rebuild. The 16 hidden study keepouts and supplier open surfaces in the native are not fabrication geometry. R1 shrink masters are not current R3.1 masters and are excluded from the current manufacturing set.
