## Switch mechanism

Measure actual four LIDUOLE bodies, terminals after wiring, actuator/free/operating heights, travel and force. Fit and electrically test adjusted stacks, center/edge press and return with shell closed. Nominal sizes and analogous click travel are estimates.

## PCB and U6
Owner: Elian

Use fb5acde7 PCB. Supplied STEP omits U6; nominal 24 x 24 x 2.4 mm placeholder is preliminary. Obtain corrected populated STEP or measure actual assembly, including solder standoff, connectors and shield clearance.

## Antenna and RF
Owner: Elian / RPS

Use Taoglas FXUB63.07.0150C and cable. Check fit, routing, metal clearance and cellular performance in complete case. Preserve exterior; investigate layout before resizing. GNSS antenna/cable omitted; PCB capability retained.

## Battery and wiring
Owner: Elian

Verify actual battery maximum thickness, padding/compression allowance, safe wire routing and connector/USB mate envelopes. Harness and J9 control assignment remain to be approved; do not use CAD lead models as pinouts.

## Indicator optics
Owner: Jacob / RPS

Aligned right-angle guide is clear polymer; powered LED brightness, colour uniformity, leakage and clear-part process remain untested by this package. Opaque print proxies establish fit only.

## Acoustics
Owner: Jacob / RPS

Qualify woven mesh, scrim and adhesive without obstructing speaker; verify bottom-port microphone offset seal and membrane in assembled powered sample.

## Casting and fastening
Owner: RPS

Agree resin/process, shrink, finish coupons, tolerances, 0.40 mm lips, thread forming/tapping and torque. Check screw lengths and blind floors; no insert pockets provided.

## Appearance approval
Owner: Jacob / RPS

Match physical colour/texture coupons; proposed Pantones are starting targets, not measured matches. Select hardness, brush/grain direction and metal surface quality before a cosmetic batch.

## First article record
Owner: Jacob / Max

Record exact printed/cast pieces, deviations and measured results. Owner reported good-looking print only. Approve batch scope/quantity after affected checks.
