## Geometry retained without changes

The final native CAD, STEP assemblies, individual STEP/STLs, cut templates and source geometry are unchanged. Every selected geometry hash in `verification/RELEASE_STATUS.json` matches the delivered files. The original archive manifest is retained as `verification/ADAM_PACKAGE_MANIFEST.json`; it describes the upstream archive before local handoff additions. The root `PACKAGE_MANIFEST.json` describes this reviewed package.

## Independent local checks

- 22 rigid single-solid STEP files and one single-solid silicone master are valid.
- All 23 corresponding meshes are watertight, consistently wound and have positive volume, with the stated STEP agreement limits.
- Complete STEP assembly: 471 valid solids. Finished rigid-plus-silicone body measures 73.5000002 x 143.2500002 x 19.4000002 mm; negligible numerical differences are below the checker allowance, not physical manufacturing tolerances.
- All source fingerprints match for 306 PCB solids, one battery solid, six microphone solids and four speaker solids, in their original positions. Fingerprints compare bounds, centroids and volumes; they do not constitute a Boolean-equivalence proof.
- Nine changed native output caches match delivered BREP shapes. This reads saved FreeCAD geometry without executing macros; it is not a local native recompute. Adam's own native build/open/save records are included separately.
- Front, Back and silicone have no measured positive material overlap with PCB, battery, speaker or microphone in the 12 checked shell/reference pairs. Original v30 shell/reference comparisons are recorded as well. This does not establish clearances under manufacturing tolerances or flexible-wire behavior.

## Local additions and edits

Added a visually reviewed four-page PDF, front/rear CAD renders and the three machine-readable local review reports. Corrected one phrase in the assembly notes: RPS generic SLA accuracy was obtained from the published RPS reference, not supplied directly by the user. No technical allocation or geometry was changed by that wording correction. Added this note and links in START_HERE, then refreshed the package manifest.

## Release boundary

Recommended mechanical prototype candidate for RPS review and first-article work. The approved v30 electrical pin map remains requested but unavailable; conductor count, electrical sizing and final harness cut lengths are not invented. RPS must qualify materials, process/tolerances, silicone attachment and the actual acoustic/USB assembly. There is no new printer slice, physical build, acoustic test, durability result or powered qualification in this package.
