# Walkie One — Version 32

Version 32 is the public release name for the reviewed Adam MCP engineering revision **v30-Polished-R1 Selective**. Internal filenames and document revision labels are retained for traceability; they refer to this Version 32 geometry. No CAD changes were made for website publication.

Read Reviewed_Engineering/START_HERE.md and the four-page RPS handoff PDF before fabrication. The editable FreeCAD file requires the included OPEN_EDITABLE.FCMacro and source modules for recompute. Use native millimetre STEP/STL exports for fabrication. The silicone installed master is separate from rigid prints and is not shrink-compensated tooling. Stock, metal, adhesive and electronics references are not rigid print parts.

Finished body including silicone: 73.5 × 143.25 × 19.4 mm. Original control/lens projections remain; full overall approximately 74.3 × 143.25 × 21.4 mm. The complete v30 electronics configuration remains unchanged; no separate antenna/coax is added.

24 CAD views are rendered from the delivered BREP geometry, with original assembly placement except explicitly exploded views. They are CAD-derived screenshots, not application-UI captures or AI appearance images. Colours and exploded offsets are illustrative. The GLB is uniformly scaled for browser display and must never be used for fabrication. Wiring/lead keepouts are omitted from the viewer only; they remain in full CAD. The model does not define a complete electrical harness.

Status: recommended mechanical prototype for RPS review and first-article work, NOT production-qualified. Final harness/pin map, supplier material/process tolerances, silicone attachment, acoustics, USB seating, physical assembly and powered testing remain open. No new slicer profile or G-code is supplied.
